Home-based work has become increasingly prevalent. This essay discusses the causes of this trend and explains why I believe it is a beneficial development.
There are two main reasons why more people are choosing to work from their homes. First, working from oneโs residence leads to higher productivity. This is because it eliminates the distractions that come with working in an office. For instance, when working from home, I do not get distracted by my co-workers stopping by my desk to ask me unnecessary questions. Furthermore, it saves a lot of time. The reason for this is that less time is wasted in traffic to go to an office. Therefore, there is more time for non-work activities.
I believe this is a positive phenomenon. The most significant benefit is that it creates a better work-life balance. By enabling people to choose when to work and take a break it is easier to fit work around other commitments. This can be particularly useful for people with children or other caregiving responsibilities. Another benefit is that it is better for the environment. Eliminating the need to commute reduces pollution and the consumption of fossil fuels.
In conclusion, the motives for more people working remotely are due to them being able to work more productively and avoid the daily commute to the office. I think this has a positive impact as it helps people balance their work and other commitments better and it is more environmentally friendly.

Few individuals believe that celebrities such as musicians, sports players,actors and actresses earn a lot. In this essay,I will be agreeing with their opinion and I will be stating that other categories of workers especially teachers should be paid more as well.
Most young people troop into these professions because of the huge amount of money involved. Sadly most of these famous people are drop outs from school,who sees education to be waste of time. Some of them did not even went to school at all,so they choose a short route to get where they want in life. For instance, Timaya a Nigeria musician who did not go to school,he was helping his mom hawk plantain on the street. I understand it might be as a result of money he never went. Anyways that is not important to him because he made it already.
Am not saying they should not gain from their strenghts. What of thousands of other professions who invested their time,effort and resources to emerge to where they are. Like medical personnels,accountants,economist, and teachers. They also deserves to earn bigger so as to encourage more of our youths to go to school. Especially,teachers in the primary education should be consider more,they are the ones that shaped our children in becoming better people in life, The work at this stage is rigorous,it requires a lot of attentions and patience. Pupils spend more time with them than their parents,therefore they understand their various need and devices a way to make them improve.
In summary, no profession should be regarded highly than its counterparts mostly in terms of salaries earned,instead the teachers should be paid more because they are second parents to students,and are in the early stage of life of each person .
