two questions overworking

two questions overworking

The time people devote to their job leaves very little time for personal life. What problems does this cause? What are some solutions?

People are spending a large amount of time each day on their working lives and this is leaving limited time for their private lives. This essay discusses what problems it causes and some ways to deal with these.

The implications from a lack of private time are extremely serious. First of all, people have less time to do exercise and relax. This has serious physical and psychological consequences such as obesity and hypertension. As well as this, the lack of time for friends and family also weakens relationships. This gives rise to issues such as weak family bonds and to society issues such as alienation and poor social cohesion.

There are two main ways to deal with this situation. First of all, the government needs to introduce legislation to limit the hour a person spends and work and to set limits on employer demands for employees to be accessible on their mobile devices outside of work hours. In addition, education campaigns are needed to teach people about the importance of managing their spare time wisely. In particular, it is important to get people to spend less time on social media and more time on real relationships with their friends and family.

In conclusion, most of the population is spending a large proportion of their time at their workplace and on work-related tasks at home. This is weakening social bonds and leading to social problems. However, this can be tackled through government legislation to curb working hours and education campaigns to teach people how to better manage their free time.
