The skill needed here is to be able to compare a question sentence with information from the text and decide if it is either true, false, or not given.

As you start to practice this question type, it is important to remember that everything in the text is true. What you have to decide is whether or not the question sentences you are given are also true. If true then you will be able to find a sentence in the text that states the same information. Keywords will help you find the right sentence to read.

To make it more difficult the question sentence will have been changed in some way (paraphrased) to make it harder to see the connection between the two sentences. For instance, look at a short text taken from an article about the conservation of the saiga antelope in Central Asia. Then, answer the four questions that follow.
