      I would like to ask if I have totally no idea about an issue, where should I start? Can I give examples from my own experience?

      Yeah, that is a good way. Then try to think back from the example to a key point.
      example: ” I saved $10 shopping on Amazon.com
      key point: shopping online is cheaper
